We are focused on providing an aspirational pathway committed to developing players on and off the field while creating an environment that will enhance and connect the soccer community.

We pledge to run Inter Atlanta FC with a sense of community and a commitment to give back to the game and assist with its growth at all levels.

We are focused on the development of the player in a team environment, and every level of the club is equally and critically important and will continue to be priorities in our player pathway. It is important that we continue to remain focused on enhancing each program level and constantly challenging ourselves to evaluate and improve, creating the best environment for players on and off the field.

Whether a player has ambitions to play professionally or in college, or they love being a part of community-based club with a strong passion for the sport and membership, we want to make sure we are doing everything we can to offer these great opportunities.

We strive to assemble the best staff and the finest coaches, we are committed to their long-term development through continuing education, professional improvement, and club involvement.

When players join the club, they begin in our pathway developing over time. We are focused on the long-term holistic development of each individual player and believe in developing people with outstanding character. Players receive the most benefit and development by fully committing to each training session, game, and event each season and then each year as they progress through our player pathway. By using the game of soccer as the teacher, we will maximize each person’s potential and create a pathway for them to be successful in all facets of life.

As we move into the 2022-2023 tryouts and club year, we want to share some exciting new updates with you and take this opportunity to provide a brief overview of each program within our pathway.

Beginning with the 2022-2023 club year, we will be adding an exciting new program level to the club that will be focused on the highest level of competition. Our Advanced Development Program will have 1 team per age group, boys, and girls, from U13 through U19 (U13, U14, U15, U16, U17, U18/19) totaling six girls teams and six boys teams. Requiring the highest level of commitment for players and families, this program is designed to prepare players to compete at the highest levels and prepare them for the next level (Professional or Collegiate Soccer) by creating a high-quality training and competition environment. Highlights of our ADP level include:

Our Select program offers great quality, outstanding value and a highly comprehensive player development environment for boys and girls, ages 13-19 with multiple teams in each age group/gender. At these critical age groups, we prioritize individual player development with tactical standards beginning to be implemented at these young ages. The development of technically superior soccer players is at the forefront of our player development focus. As players reach U11 and U12, we focus on preparing them for our Select and ADP programs and their movement from 9v9 to 11v11. As players participate in our Recreation program, if they desire a more competitive program, we will work those families to transition into our Academy Program and/or Select Program. A few highlights of the Academy Program include:
