Core Values
Integrity: We value teaching and doing the right thing: win,
lose or draw.
Nurturing: We are
dedicated to maintaining a long-term perspective for development, and
embrace and expect an attitude of stewardship and care of our resources by
all (players, parents, coaches, and staff).
Teamwork: While we want to train each individual to the best
of their ability, we affirm an attitude of team play, and prioritize and
praise selflessness and working together, desiring other’s achievements as
much as our own.
Effort: We value
drive, attention to detail, excellence, and the love of what we do and who
we serve, and place an emphasis on constantly improving and having fun while
doing it.
Respect: Honor the badge.
Respect the game.
What, Why, and How
Vision: Our aim is to provide quality soccer for players at
every level and to enhance their social, emotional, and physical health, in
a positive and safe learning environment.
Mission: To develop our athletes on the
field into creative and passionate soccer players and off the field into
confident, honorable people.
Philosophy: To achieve this
development we will establish an environment where our players develop a
love of the game of soccer and continue to participate in the sport
throughout their lifetime, supporting all that we do with our core values:
Integrity, Nurturing, Teamwork, Effort, and Respect.
