Extended Care

Extended care is available for all our camps, and is available either before or after camp start and end times. Any family needing extended care must contact Camp Director Amy Feigl directly to be considered. Extended care is $15 per hour for any days the camper needs care. Your account balance will reflect how many extended care hours are arranged, and payment in full must be made before the last day of camp concludes. Please contact us with any additional needs you have, and we’ll evaluate on a case by case basis.

Drop Off and Pick Up

Please arrive at your field location at least 30 minutes early on the first day of every camp (Monday).  All subsequent days, players can arrive by their session start time. Please pick up your child at your field location by the camp dismissal time.

Where to go on Day 1: Please look over our player assignment and age group location sheets that will be emailed to all participants one-two weeks prior to camp, so you know exactly where to go on Day 1 with your camper. All campers will be checked in by their designated Staff Coaches. If you need help finding where to go after reading over your camp email, please reach out to us.

Snack and Lunch

Lunch is NOT included in camp registration but snack and lunch times are provided each day for our Summer and Spring Break Camps. Our Winter Camps will not have either a snack or lunch break. Campers must bring a healthy lunch to camp every day. Refrigeration is not available, so please plan on bringing a lunchbox if your food requires it.

Camp Refund, Credit, and Weather Policy

Camp refunds will be honored up to 3 weeks before the start date of any registered camp for any reason. Camp refund requests must be made via email and sent to our Director of Camps. Any refund requests or camp cancellations made less than three weeks prior to the camp start date are not eligible for refunds but will be considered for a credit if due to an extenuating circumstance. Extenuating circumstances include: COVID, funerals, family emergencies, and other cases we deem extenuating. Credits from a cancellation will be available within your account for up to a year to be used on your next camp registration. A change from one camp week to another or a “transfer” is eligible up to the start date of the registered camp. Camp day(s) are not made up if missed due to weather. Any requests for refunds or credits made after the registered camp start date will not be considered.

General Summer Camp Details

Please read over our general summer camp details for our Monday-Friday camp weeks for our Morning, Afternoon, or Full Day session registrations. Any specialty camp (Striker and GK Camp and College Prep & ID Camp) will be very similar but will have slightly different check-in and check-out procedures and a handful of other minor differences.

Frequently Asked Questions

What to bring to camp?

Please click here to learn how to prepare for soccer camp with essential items to bring each day of camp.

Where do we pick up our camper? Can someone else pick up my camper?

Check out processes and procedures will be emailed out to camp parents prior to camp, so you can prepare for how we will dismiss your child.  You are allowed to give permission to others to drop off or pick up your child, but prior notice MUST be given, or we can not allow the child to leave with the adult. Please contact us to let us know who to expect for drop off or pick up.

What about inclement weather and cancellation of camp?

Because our fields are artificial turf, camp will continue on in the midst of rain. If there is any thunder or lightning, Staff will immediately remove everyone from the field to our Safe Shelter. Please review our Emergency Action Plan for Arizona Avenue here. Camp will only be cancelled due to extreme and prolonged weather, and all parents will be notified via email.
