INDOOR RECREATION

Recreation Program Overview

The Recreation Program offers an opportunity for youth players (ages 4U to 19U) to play soccer at a less challenging and competitive level, while still placing an emphasis on learning and having fun.  Rec Soccer is entirely coached by parent and community volunteers.  We rely on our 200+ coaches to help keep our team sizes manageable and to maximize each child's time touching the ball and playing the game.

4U-12U teams are always shuffled from Spring to Fall to achieve parity amongst teams within divisions and for appropriate development.

Our 4U through 19U players will be registered and insured through Georgia Soccer, our Governing body. Due to insurance and liability reasons players are not allowed to play "down" in age. Players must play within their birth year. If a player wants to play "up" an age group, they must first seek out approval from the program director.

Spring 2026 Registration

Opening October 15th

Quick Facts

Two Seasons Offered:

(1) Fall (Aug - Nov; Registration opens March 1st)

(2) Spring (Feb - May; Registration opens October 15th)

Teams are led by volunteer coaches, who are trained and fully supported by the club and Recreation Directors.  4U-12U teams are always shuffled from Spring to Fall, but we keep 13U+ teams intact from season to season.

4U-10U: practice once per week with one game on the weekend

11U-19U*: practice twice per week with one game on the weekend

*14U-19U may have two games on some weekends.

To provide a better service and convenience, we're allowing 5U-8U parents flexible practice nights, where they can choose their preferred practice night and location.

  • Once a specific night fills up, families can either select another available night/location or join a waitlist for their top choice.
  • Our older age groups, 10U-19U, however, will remain fixed due to their practice structure, field needs and availability, and not get to choose a different option.

Our Club uses PlayMetrics as an all-in-one Club Operating, Registration,

Payment, Communication and Scheduling system.

If you are new to the club, you must create an account to register for a program.

*For the 2026-27 season, US Youth Soccer will transition to a seasonal year based on an August 1 - July 31 cutoff date, meaning players born in a given year will be grouped into age divisions based on that August 1 date. For example, a player born between August 1, 2017, and July 31, 2018, would be in the U8 age group for the 2026-27 season. This change aims to align youth soccer age groups with the school year more closely, which is a return to a previous model.
